The Walt Ren Fair demo is this Saturday the 6th! Here’s day-of info for everyone volunteering:

– Walt plans to open at 10 AM for setup. If you have things to set up, please plan to be there before 10:45. Some setup time is available on Friday too (the library will be locked overnight).

– The library is providing pizzas, soda, and water bottles for all volunteers. We’re also allowed to bring in food & drink, but the library asks that we keep food/drink in covered containers. It sounds like we’ll have access to the library’s staff break room.

– Reminder that they don’t allow any kind of weapons & are against heavy armor (even as display).

If you’ve been on the fence, it’s not too late to volunteer! Thank you to everyone who’s planning to attend.
